Terms governing use of the RunMyCampus platform and services.
Where the binding terms live
The terms that bind a school are in the agreement it signs with RunMyCampus: the order form, and the data processing and security addenda that go with it. Commercial terms are confirmed only during procurement.
Using this website
The public website is informational. No purchase happens on it, and nothing you submit through its forms creates an account or an order. Forms are requests for a conversation, a demo, or a document.
Accounts inside a school
- A school's administrators decide who gets an account and which role it has. Each person acts inside the permissions of their role.
- Accounts for learners under 13 are created by the school, not by open self-registration.
- Sign-in happens on the school's own address, not on this website.
Importing data from another system
Moving records in from another system requires an authorization agreement. The platform records the signature text exactly as it was shown at the time of signing, and keeps the agreement text under a version number.

This page is not a full terms of service. Governing law, limits of liability, fees, termination, and acceptable use are not published here because they are set in the agreement a school signs. A complete public terms text has to be written and published by the owner with counsel.
